Ви можете будь-коли назавжди видалити свій акаунт Piko Polyglot і всі пов'язані дані.
У застосунку
- Відкрийте екран «Профіль».
- У розділі «Хмарний акаунт» натисніть «Видалити акаунт».
- Підтвердьте дію у діалозі.
Які дані видаляються
Обліковий запис, профіль і весь прогрес уроків — з хмари та з пристрою. Видалення остаточне, дані відновити неможливо.
Якщо ви не можете увійти, напишіть на piko.polyglot@gmail.com з адреси вашого акаунту — ми видалимо дані вручну.
Delete account
You can permanently delete your Piko Polyglot account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
- Open the “Profile” screen.
- Under “Cloud account”, tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm in the dialog.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, and all lesson progress — from the cloud and from your device. Deletion is permanent and the data cannot be recovered.
If you can’t sign in, email piko.polyglot@gmail.com from your account address and we’ll delete your data manually.
Eliminar cuenta
Puedes eliminar permanentemente tu cuenta de Piko Polyglot y todos los datos asociados en cualquier momento.
En la aplicación
- Abre la pantalla «Perfil».
- En la sección «Cuenta en la nube», pulsa «Eliminar cuenta».
- Confirma en el diálogo.
Qué se elimina
Tu cuenta, tu perfil y todo el progreso de las lecciones, tanto de la nube como del dispositivo. La eliminación es permanente y los datos no se pueden recuperar.
Si no puedes iniciar sesión, escribe a piko.polyglot@gmail.com desde la dirección de tu cuenta y eliminaremos tus datos manualmente.
